Week 1 day 2 for #MoveMoreAsana from @movemorefitness Beginners pose done by @mspumpnrun : Forward bend Begin in beginners mountain pose Bend forward at the hips lengthening your torso Bend your elbows and hold each elbow with opposite hand Let your head hang You can bend your knees slightly, at least feel a stretch in back of upper legs Intermediate pose done by @staceybeatty84 : Forward bend hands touching floor Follow instructions above, but place your hands on the floor beside your feet Advanced pose done by @saraslaughter1 : Forward bend head to knees Follow beginners instructions but grab the back of your lower calves with your hands and with a breath out pull your head toward you knees or even between your legs if possible State your level please!
