REPOSTED Wk 2 day 3 moving on to some fun poses, more to come no worries! Beginner level done by @activelybri: Tricep pushup from knees Start in plank pose keeping shoulders above wrists. Bring knees to the mat and slowly lower the rest of your body down whilst hugging your elbows along the ribcage. Hover just above the floor keeping your body straight from head to butt and upper legs at an angle to the floor at about 45°. Intermediate pose done by @jennmcamis: Start in plank pose keeping shoulders above wrists. Shift weight forward and then slowly lower your body down whilst hugging your elbows along the ribcage. Hover just above the floor keeping your body straight from head to heels Advanced pose done by @jennmcamis: Start in plank pose keeping shoulders above wrists. Bring left or right foot in a tree position just above or below knee on the side of the other leg. Shift weight forward and then slowly lower your body down whilst hugging your elbows along the ribcage.
